Would you invest in ATM machines?

27 Dec 2009Yes the real ATMs from Banks!… and yes there are such investments already… would you?
In the past, i used to joke to people that by building a business that runs without them is like building a 24/7 ATM that prints money for them but lately… well about 3 months back i came to know about investing in ATMs… yes the REAL ATM machines!
On Sep 18, 2009 i received a letter from T.Harv Eker inviting me to explore such investments… and for now according to him it’s only available in Australia… visit this site…http://myatms.com.au/
Nevertheless, actually just weeks before i received his letter, my business partner in BSY Noni have in fact shared such an investment idea to me. According to my partner, Singapore is opening up such investments and it’s about SGD20K (around a price of a Kancil in ringgit terms)… well i am not sure about the finer details of it (maybe you guys would have more info to share with us all) but i seriously think its a great investment (for passive income) if the ROI, cost of maintenance & location is right.
My take is, i would invest definitely… what do you guys think… would you & why?

Is Happiness the cure to all sickness?
27 Dec 2009I think it is and here’s why i believe so…
When you’re feeling sad / down… do you realize that you do seem to get sick easily… maybe a slight flu… and if you keep your feelings there for a long period of time… you’ll probably developed even a more serious illness but when you’re feeling feeling happy, joyous, excited & upbeat about life… no matter how you dance in the rain joyously for hours, you still won’t catch a cold or any sickness seems to be evident!
So my take is… the cure to all sickness is Happiness and the willingness to let go of stressful thoughts… nevertheless i realize from my own experiences most people can’t easily make the switch to a happy feeling state from a sad feeling situation… they need to gradually look for a better feeling situation or thoughts that brings them relief.
As such… going to the doctor… or taking the medication… or resting & sleep it off are various methods that brings relief from the chronic stressful unhappy thought patterns.
Finding relief is the cure all patients are seeking… and relief raises your vibrations… which raises your spirit… which brings you Joy & Happiness!
And Happiness brings Health… do you agree?
Do you have a love one (or a relative / a friend / a colleague) who are suffering from cancer?

East Coast or EaseCox?

One fine morning i was driving and my darling was with me when the mobile rang! It was William, my upline, business associate, designer, customer & friend all in one. We were updating each other on our business projects and i mentioned a good news that one of our common friend has just partner up with us to bring our business to east coast… which my darling heard it as easecox… thinking that i have just gone off the deep end about ladies lingerie and body-shaping undergarments!
Well… i LOL and said to her… “i don’t mind going off the deep end if you wear sexy ones everyday!” To which she gave me a loving slap on my arm saying “hmm… you being very naughty huh!”

“I Really Can’t Take Coffee…”

Seriously, I suffer from coffee allergy… meaning upon consuming a cup of great coffee, about 30 minutes later you’ll see me running for the toilet bowl. But for some weird reason i love them greatly! I have been advised by dear friends that i should consumed lots and lots of it… so to make my tummy immuned to the allergy… though i tried… but sadly imagine how many runs it did that to me. Well… i’ll just take it as my natural laxative! LOL
